Dan Elliott was a man who lived with vigor, gusto, adventure, and hard work. He was a craftsman of the art of photograph and was awarded the title of Master Photographer. He was know in Los Alamos as “Dan the camera man!”

He was also the husband of Marcelle and the father to five kids: Joanne, Barbara, Jeanne, Carol, and Brian – who he cared and provided for through the joys and challenges of life including working at the Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory, running his own photography business, and living through the Depression. But he did this will a zest for life, genuineness, hard work, kindness, sense of humor, and being a likable man of courage.
